Digital transformation

Suppose physical products were just like people – always looking for their better half. If that were the case, they would certainly look for a digital (service) component.

At HYVE, we do not claim to be relationship experts, but we know these dynamics very well. In addition, we are in exchange with great thought leaders and doers from various industries who are very familiar with challenges around the topic of digital transformation and move confidently and successfully on this terrain.

We are therefore pleased to bring the experts Stefan Biel (Oscar & Paul, Beiersdorf) , Florian Fischer (BMW) and Herfried Schwarz (MAM/BAMED Babyartikel) to the virtual table for the Digital Transformers Talk.

We will ask ourselves the following questions: How should you proceed as a traditionally product-oriented company? How can you navigate safely through the fast-moving digital innovation age without losing your core business and your own corporate culture from the compass? How can you combine the best of both worlds, use digital tools for your business, and make corporate structures and processes more innovation-friendly?

During the Digital Transformers Talk we jointly discovered, discussed and learned how to best drive digital transformation in your organization.

Herfried Schwarz

MAM/BAMED Babyartikel

Herfried Schwarz studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and has been with the BAMED/MAM Group, an Austrian global company involved in baby products, since 2007. As Head of Innovation and Project Management, Mr. Schwarz focuses on innovative approaches to bring out completely new product lines that cover yet unknown customer needs. Due to the high emotionality associated with baby products, traditional approaches to product development are not sufficient to bring an innovative and customer-centric product to market, which is why Mr. Schwarz uses creative methods to directly involve customers in the development process.
