Customer-Centric Futures: Navigating Sustainability Challenges

HYVE’s Sustainable Transformers Talk is entering its ninth round and you are cordially invited to attend.

Climate change and social trends are having a far-reaching impact on consumer needs and expectations. Companies are faced with the challenge of recognizing these changes at an early stage and responding to them strategically. For example, how can they analyze new consumer behavior and at the same time develop sustainable solutions that meet the growing demands of consumers?

What are companies facing?

Companies must adapt to new market conditions: Climate change is altering behavioral patterns – for example through new needs in skin care or the growing desire for resource-saving products. The question is: how can companies react to these changes in good time and what areas of innovation are emerging as a result?

What you can expect:

  • Sustainability foresighting: What are the biggest influences on consumer behavior in the future, and how can uncertainty be managed through agile scenario planning?
  • Impact on the consumer journey: How are sustainability efforts and climate change altering the purchasing process and how does this need to be embedded in corporate strategies?
  • Customer-centric innovation: Which tools and processes help to understand future customer needs and develop resource-saving solutions?
  • From trends to business cases: How can concrete opportunity areas be derived from the needs of the future and successfully implemented?

Experience interactive discussions, rich impulses, and best practices from the cosmetics and consumer goods industry. Find out how agile processes and early scenario planning help to make companies and products future-proof, sustainable, and competitive.

Register now and be part of the initiative for a more sustainable future!
