Dr. Christian Scharpf

Head of the Department of Labor and Economic Affairs | City of Munich

Dr. Christian Scharpf will open the summit with a welcoming keynote. After training as a banker at HypoVereinsbank, he studied law in Munich and Augsburg and obtained his doctorate in municipal corporate law.

From 2004-2020, he worked for the City of Munich – first in the legal department of the directorate, then for almost three years as a personal assistant to Lord Mayor Christian Ude. From 2012, Dr. Christian Scharpf was a senior civil servant in the Directorate as City Director.

In 2020, he was elected Lord Mayor of the City of Ingolstadt. After five years in office as Lord Mayor, he returned and has been Head of Labor and Economic Affairs since 2025.

Sascha Coccorullo

Director Strategy, New Business Development & Research | ADAC

Sascha Coccorullo is Director of Strategy, New Business & Research at ADAC SE in Munich. With many years of consulting experience in the automotive, mobility and financial services sectors, he is responsible for the strategic orientation and operational implementation of new business models at ADAC.

His particular focus is on developing promising ecosystems that are new to ADAC, such as in the areas of health and home. These include initiatives in the energy sector such as ADAC Smart-Strom (dynamic electricity tariffs), ADAC Solar (photovoltaic solutions) and wallbox offers.

Dr. Andreas Ettenhuber

Head of Market and Opinion Research | ADAC

The host of the summit, Dr. Andreas Ettenhuber, has served as Head of Market and Opinion Research at ADAC since 2019. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the club’s national and international research activities.

Dr. Ettenhuber is recognized as a leading expert in data-driven consumer and market analysis, with a focus on smart data, trend research, and insight management. His work combines methodological rigor with strategic thinking—always aiming to provide solid decision-making foundations for business and society.

Dr. Claudius Leibfritz

Co-CEO and Member of the Executive Board | ADAC SE

Dr. Claudius Leibfritz serves as Co-CEO and Member of the Executive Board of ADAC SE, a European public company headquartered in Munich. ADAC SE provides a broad range of mobility, health, and home-related services and products to ADAC members, non-members, and B2B clients.

Since June 2022, Dr. Leibfritz has also held the position of Chairman of ARC Europe (Brussels), a leading alliance in B2B mobility services. ARC Europe is powered by top-tier automobile clubs and assistance partners, with major shareholders including ADAC (Germany), AA (UK), ANWB (Netherlands), ACI (Italy), ÖAMTC (Austria), RACE (Spain), and TCS (Switzerland).

Rebekka Bogner

Moderator

Rebekka Bogner stands for moderation with clarity, energy and genuine enthusiasm. She loves connecting people and ideas and brings a captivating presence to any stage – whether panel, conference or festival.

As an experienced innovation expert with stations in start-ups, consulting, business, the public sector and international innovation centers such as Tel Aviv and Silicon Valley, she is intensively involved with futures, innovation and creativity. She combines in-depth knowledge with curiosity and makes complex topics tangible, approachable and relevant.

Her presentations are structured and lively at the same time – with depth, lightness and a lot of positive energy. Rebekka creates spaces in which real encounters and new perspectives become possible – and inspires people to shape the future together.

Dr. Giordano Koch

Managing Director | HYVE- a Qvest company

With over 15 years of professional experience, Dr. Giordano Koch is an experienced consultant and expert in innovation management. He has been the host of The Secret Source of Innovation podcast for 50 episodes.
Giordano holds a PhD from the University of Hamburg, where he worked on open innovation in the public sector. Outside of academia, he shares his expertise as a lecturer for executive MBA programs and as a guest researcher and has contributed to over 30 publications at various universities.
