Rebekka Bogner stands for moderation with clarity, energy and genuine enthusiasm. She loves connecting people and ideas and brings a captivating presence to any stage – whether panel, conference or festival.
As an experienced innovation expert with stations in start-ups, consulting, business, the public sector and international innovation centers such as Tel Aviv and Silicon Valley, she is intensively involved with futures, innovation and creativity. She combines in-depth knowledge with curiosity and makes complex topics tangible, approachable and relevant.
Her presentations are structured and lively at the same time – with depth, lightness and a lot of positive energy. Rebekka creates spaces in which real encounters and new perspectives become possible – and inspires people to shape the future together.
Dr. Giordano Koch
Managing Director | HYVE- a Qvest company
With over 15 years of professional experience, Dr. Giordano Koch is an experienced consultant and expert in innovation management. He has been the host of The Secret Source of Innovation podcast for 50 episodes.
Giordano holds a PhD from the University of Hamburg, where he worked on open innovation in the public sector. Outside of academia, he shares his expertise as a lecturer for executive MBA programs and as a guest researcher and has contributed to over 30 publications at various universities.

Senior UX Designer & Researcher | HYVE- a Qvest company
Minerva Loos is Senior UX Designer and Researcher as well as Team Lead Co-Creation at HYVE – a Qvest company. She has been contributing her expertise to HYVE for six years, working with clients from a wide range of industries to drive innovation through user-centered principles.
She is a dedicated UX designer and researcher with a clear focus on designing meaningful user experiences. In her role, she supports clients in the conception, development and testing of solutions that focus on user needs. She is also particularly interested in how sustainable solutions can be developed and how the future perspective can be incorporated into the development process through strategic foresight and speculative design.

Isabella Martorell Naßl is a member of the Executive Board of the Versicherungskammer Group. She is responsible for the central areas of operations and service organization as well as customer management. Previously, she was CEO of the health and travel insurers in the Versicherungskammer Group.
Her focus: consistent customer-centric development along the customer journey – with high quality, efficiency, and reliability. She actively drives digital transformation within the group, particularly through the use of AI-supported solutions in service and process environments. As a leader, she stands for modern leadership, empowerment, and strong talent and cultural development. She also acts as a catalyst for topics such as customer centricity, leadership in change processes, female leadership, and diversity.
