Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 88 DSGVO in connection with § 26 (1) sentence 1 BDSG 2018 Personal data may be processed if this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship.

Should the data be necessary for legal prosecution after completion of the application procedure, data may be processed on the basis of the requirements of Art. 6 DSGVO, in particular to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. If you have won a job during the application process, the data from the applicant data system will be transferred to our personnel information system.

Disclosure of data to third parties

Possibility of objection and elimination

Of course it is possible to withdraw an application. In this case, we will delete all data in connection with this immediately, unless a storage period prescribed by law speaks against it.
